The staff was attentive and friendly, always willing to help with any request. However, one downside was the noise from the bar across the street, which could be disturbing at night. Despite that, I managed to sleep well because the room was well soundproofed. The wifi could be spotty in some areas, making it a bit frustrating when trying to connect for work. Overall, a great experience with a few minor inconveniences to consider.

i had a lovely stay with a great breakfast buffet that started each day off right, and it’s close enough to pinacoteca di brera that i could easily walk there for an afternoon of art appreciation.

The only downside was the loud generator noise near my room at the annex. It was a bit distracting, especially at night.

The reception team was super helpful, really made a difference, but I had the pleasure of meeting the lady who seemed to think I was ordering a five-star dinner instead of checking in!
